COMPUTER TRAINING
Yesterday (15th December 1993) Danny Howell, in his capacity as the Assistant Curator at Warminster Dewey Museum, attended a computer training session held at Salisbury. Organised by Lorna Marvell of the Wiltshire Library and Museum Service, the session was run by Jennifer Hirsh of the Museum Documentation Association. Jennifer's relaxed style of tutoring was greatly appreciated by everyone who took part in the course. Danny says it was a most informative day bearing in mind that the Warminster Dewey Museum is forging ahead with recording its accessions on computer.
