WARMINSTER QUIZ BY DANNY HOWELL
Danny Howell, the Assistant Curator at the Dewey Museum, Warminster, has produced a postal quiz about Warminster to raise funds for the Museum's educational role.
The quiz features questions all about Warminster and the answers can be found by consulting local books, observing buildings in the town, exploring local churchyards, and asking for help from family and friends.
The closing date for the quiz is 12th November 1993. The entry fee is £1. The first prize is £50 cash and there are several prizes on offer to the runners-up. The quiz has been very kindly sponsored by Northfield Toyota, of Victoria Road, Warminster.
Entry forms are available from the Museum, Warminster Tourist Information Centre, the Town Council Offices, and members of the Warminster History Society Committee.
