This booklet was published in 1995 to mark the 130th anniversary of St. John's Church, at Boreham, Warminster.

It is based mainly on the history published for the centenary in 1965, which was the work of a group of people including Lt. Col. Barrington Brown and Mrs Irene Parsons.

The current authors, Sheelagh Wurr and Elaine Topping, with considerable help from Irene Parsons and Tony Burden, have revised and updated the text.

The final chapter is written by the current incumbent of St. John's, the Reverend Denis Brett.

The founding of St. John's Church, the building, its administration, and the 130th Anniversary celebrations are recorded, and the appendix lists the rectors and churchwardens and the years they served.
