With All Hopes Dashed In The Human Zoo Launch Invitations

WITH ALL HOPES DASHED IN THE HUMAN ZOO
LAUNCH INVITATIONS

All invitations for the launch of the new book With All Hopes Dashed In The Human Zoo by Mary Baker, published by Danny Howell Books, have now been sent out.

The launch is at Dewey House, North Row, Warminster, on Friday 27th July 1990, from 8.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

The launch has been arranged in conjunction with the Warminster Support Branch of National Children's Home and the retail proceeds from sales of the book, on the evening, will be donated to the NCH.

The special guest, of course, will be the author, Mary Baker, who is travelling up from her home at Upton, near Poole, Dorset.

Rita Goldthorpe, the Regional Organiser for NCH Support Groups, will welcome everyone to the launch and make a short speech about the role of the charity.

Danny Howell, the publisher, will then give a brief speech about the publication of the book, before introducing Mary Baker.

Mary will be signing copies and will be staying on until everyone who wants to meet her and talk to her has had the opportunity to do so.

Wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be served to guests and there will also be a raffle.

The evening will conclude with a vote of thanks by Joan Main, Chairman of the Warminster Support Group of National Children's Homes.
